Why Splash ?

Because it helps refugees, new arrivals and French people who are far from employment to integrate socially and professionally and meets two objectives. It aims to open up employment opportunities at the end of the training by meeting an identified labour market need and creating vocations for the occupations included in the map of jobs mobilised by Paris 2024. The Paris 2024 Games are expected to require a total of 150,000 jobs. There is a real shortage of jobs in sport and entertainment, particularly in aquatics and swimming, and access to qualifications needs to be extended to a very broad public, well beyond those who are initiated into these activities. In fact, swimming is the third most popular sporting activity practised on a weekly basis in the Ile-de-France region and, according to the regulations, requires qualified professionals to provide both pool supervision and aquatic activities.
