What is STEP ?

STEP is a full-time pre-qualifying training program (35 hours a week), paid for by Pôle Emploi, which aims to prepare participants to enter a BPJEPS training course and become a coach or sports educator. The program consists of French classes (aimed at B1 level, with a focus on sports and entertainment vocabulary) and job preparation (preparation for BPJEPS entry, digital training, workshops on job hunting and employment rights). The program also includes a work placement and individualised social, administrative and professional support.
