The training organisation
DISCOVER CAREERS IN SPORT AND ENTERTAINMENT
Kabubu has been a training organisation since 2020. Our training organisation has a social objective and our courses target learners who are beneficiaries of international protection, new arrivals and local people who are far from training and employment.
Why a training organisation ?
The training organisation was set up on the basis of a number of observations: • Access to vocational training (including sports training) is complicated for these groups (administrative procedures, legal status). • The training on offer is vast but access to information is limited and not inclusive • Training programmes, particularly in sport, do not specifically address the themes of inclusion through sport, diversity and interculturality. • Social problems make it difficult or even impossible for some people to follow a training course. Kabubu's training organisation offers a solution to these problems.
our goals ?
• Democratising access to sport • Make vocational training, including sport, accessible and adapted to the specific needs of its learners • Encourage the creation of social links between exiles and local people • Educate through sport • Create vocations in the sporting professions and provide guidance to the public • Professionalise inclusion and intercultural professions, particularly in sport • Concentrate provision and avoid dispersal of participants and learners • Create employment opportunities

Practical guide : training refugees
Created with the support of the City of Paris, Kabubu and Refugee Food have produced a practical guide to adapting your training courses to newcomers. Created with the support of experts in training, teaching French as a foreign language and social support, it aims to provide tools for trainers, training organisations and any type of structure that trains or wants to open up to a newcomer population. You'll find practical information and advice to help you get to know your audience better, adapt your workshops and run successful events !
