Roll out an Inclusion Sports Pass for exiled persons, providing for the flat-rate coverage of club membership and license fees in order to remove financial barriers and facilitate their integration into sports structures. The Pass'Sport Inclusion can be a separate scheme or consist of broadening the criteria for Pass'Sport coverage to include new arrivals, such as asylum seekers.
 

Finance access to sports in reception facilities such as CADA and accommodation centers by supporting the implementation of adapted and regular sports activities to combat isolation and promote the well-being, cohesion, and inclusion of residents.

Recognize sports qualifications and skills acquired abroad, enabling exiles to have their professional skills acquired in their country of origin validated in France.
 

Support sports activities, which are essential for maintaining physical and mental health, by providing immediate and appropriate medical care for exiled persons upon their arrival in France.
 

Allocate sufficient resources for interpreting and mediation in healthcare to ensure humane, dignified, and personalized support.

Reject any ban on women wearing headscarves in sport, including, in particular, the possibility of accessing swimming pools and swimming in burkinis, in order to guarantee equal access to all sports, regardless of religious or cultural beliefs.

Train sports professionals in interculturality and the specificities of sports activities adapted to a non-French-speaking audience by introducing specific modules into university and professional training programs preparing students for careers in sports activities.

Strengthen the organization of awareness campaigns against discrimination in sport, with a focus on gender-based discrimination, in order to democratize access to sport and promote an inclusive and respectful environment for all.

We call for greater attention from the French Regulatory Authority for Audiovisual and Digital Communication (Arcom) to the narrative associated with the migration issue, and in particular for vigilance in ensuring compliance with ethical standards in news and programming, human dignity, the fight against discrimination, and the honesty of information, taking into account warnings on the subject and sanctioning any hate speech that conflates migration with crime, insecurity, or any other type of degrading notion.

We demand objective treatment of information on migration, free from any security-related discourse and any conflation of the notion of a threat to public order with migrant populations, which contributes to their criminalization, compromises their inclusion, and fuels discriminatory discourse and measures against them.

Introduce the possibility for asylum seekers to apply for work permits and receive vocational training as soon as they submit their application, in order to facilitate their access to the labor market and their professional integration.

Simplify and accelerate procedures for the recognition and validation of foreign skills and qualifications, including in regulated professions such as sports.

Train a large number of advisors specializing in supporting exiled persons within public employment services, particularly in France Travail and Missions Locales agencies, in order to centralize and share clear information tailored to the public in conjunction with AGIR agencies.

Expand and finance training and support programs for exiles to help them understand their rights, learn the essential rules of labor law, and grasp the specifics of professional codes in France, access the right networks and information channels, and thus access job offers and opportunities available on the labor market.

Expand and finance training and support programs for recruiters through public institutions, diversity advisors, and associations to demystify the administrative aspects of hiring, implement an onboarding process focused on interculturality, combat discrimination and prejudice, and adapt internal communication materials.
